Canadian PRLedger is a PR readiness tracking platform for temporary residents in Canada. Instead of one-off CRS calculators, you continuously track work hours, eligibility, and projected scores through a personalized dashboard — and see which actions matter most for your permanent residence path.
The idea
Progress you can read like a balance sheet
Static CRS calculators only give a snapshot. Real applicants need something that keeps pace with their work weeks, language retakes, and shifting eligibility dates — the same way a ledger keeps pace with deposits and withdrawals.
Canadian PRLedger brings hours, NOC/TEER skilled-work checks, CRS factors, and document readiness into one place. Guests can explore the public tools; signing in keeps a living profile so milestones and projected scores update as your situation changes.
Phase 1 focuses on Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Provincial streams and richer scenario planning are on the roadmap. Document storage is already live and routes straight to your own Google Drive — never our servers.
Unique to PRLedger
Your documents live in your Drive — not ours
Passports, LMIAs, offer letters — these are among the most sensitive files a person owns. Most trackers ask you to upload them to a third-party server. PRLedger doesn't. Every document you check off stays in a Google Drive folder that belongs to you, connected to — but never stored inside — our system.
Nothing touches our servers
Uploads go straight from your browser to Google Drive. Your document's bytes never pass through PRLedger — we only store the resulting link next to the checklist item.
We can only see what you share
Drive access uses Google's most restrictive scope (drive.file). We can only see the one folder you create and connect — nothing else already in your Drive.
Delete your account, keep your documents
Close your PRLedger account any time and your files stay exactly where they've always been — safe in your own Google Drive, untouched by that deletion.
In practice: delete your PRLedger account tomorrow and every document you uploaded is still sitting in your Drive, exactly as you left it. We were never able to take that away — we never had it in the first place.
Primary problem
A snapshot is not a plan
Current CRS calculators answer “what is my score right now?” They leave applicants to stitch together everything else — often across spreadsheets and multiple websites — for the rest of the PR journey.
Users still need to:
- Track work hours manually
- Determine whether their occupation qualifies for CEC
- Calculate eligibility dates
- Monitor CRS score changes over time
- Estimate the impact of future improvements (e.g. CLB 9, higher IELTS, more experience)
As a result, many applicants juggle spreadsheets and several sites just to stay oriented — instead of seeing a single, current picture of readiness.

Your data, your control
Public tools work without an account. Profiles sync privately when you sign in. Document files live in your own Google Drive — we can't access them, and they're untouched even if you delete your PRLedger account.

Official sources first
Hour thresholds, CRS tables, language conversions, and NOC/TEER data are versioned against published IRCC and StatCan materials.
